SearchCashback Referral Bonus Promotion

These Promotion Terms & Conditions govern participation in the SearchCashback referral bonus promotion (“Promotion”). By participating, you agree to the terms below.

1. Promotion Overview

SearchCashback may refer users to selected third-party cashback websites (“Partner Cashback Sites”).

Where a Partner Cashback Site pays SearchCashback a refer-a-friend bonus for successfully referring a new user, SearchCashback will share a portion of that referral bonus with the referred user, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the promotion you must:

• Have an active SearchCashback account

• Register with the Partner Cashback Site via the SearchCashback referral link

• Use the same email address for both your SearchCashback account and the Partner Cashback Site account

• Meet any qualifying requirements set by the Partner Cashback Site

SearchCashback reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. How the Promotion Works

To participate:

Click the SearchCashback referral link to a Partner Cashback Site.
Register for the Partner Cashback Site using the same email address as your SearchCashback account.
Where required by the Partner Cashback Site, complete their qualifying purchase requirements.
If the Partner Cashback Site pays SearchCashback a referral bonus for your registration, SearchCashback will credit your agreed share of that bonus to your SearchCashback account.

4. Bonus Credit Timing

Where a referral bonus is successfully received by SearchCashback:

• Your share of the bonus will typically be credited to your SearchCashback account within 2 business days of SearchCashback receiving payment from the Partner Cashback Site.

• Bonuses will normally be marked payable 7 days after confirmation of the payment from the Partner Cashback Site.

Timing may vary depending on partner processing times.

5. Withdrawal of Bonuses

• Referral bonus balances can be withdrawn once your SearchCashback “My Bonus” balance reaches a minimum of $10.

• Withdrawals are processed via PayPal.

• Users must provide a valid PayPal account in their SearchCashback account settings.

6. Circumstances Where a Bonus May Not Be Paid

A referral bonus may not be paid if:

• The Partner Cashback Site does not track the referral correctly

• The Partner Cashback Site declines or reverses the referral payment

• You are identified as an existing user of the Partner Cashback Site

• The Partner Cashback Site identifies a breach of their terms or suspected fraud

• You register using a different email address than your SearchCashback account

• Another referral link, code, or tracking method is used before completing registration

• The qualifying purchase requirements are not completed or not approved

7. Third-Party Partner Responsibility

Partner Cashback Sites are independent third-party platforms with their own terms and conditions.

SearchCashback cannot guarantee referral tracking or payment approval by Partner Cashback Sites.

Referral bonuses are only payable once they have been successfully tracked, approved, and paid to SearchCashback by the Partner Cashback Site.

8. Fraud and Abuse

SearchCashback reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonuses if fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or violation of these terms is suspected.

9. Changes to the Promotion

SearchCashback may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
